Sydney-born filmmaker, photographer & visual artist, Julia Ngeow currently freelances in Perth, Western Australia.
Ngeow attended the Judith Weston Acting for Directors workshop in Los Angeles in 2011, sponsored by ScreenWest; having originally completed an Advanced Diploma in Video Production at the Film and Television Institute in 2007.
Obtaining ScreenWest funding twice for her directorial works Victims (ScreenWest – Raw Nerve funded) and Carlos Rules the World (ScreenWest – Oompf funded). She continues to forge her own distinctive writing and directing style.
